Lets hope it will help you (and maybe more diehard Simfans) with their account problems. It must be so frustrating this all. Even worse then all the bugs in the game and that is allready frustrating! Good luck and let us know if it all helped!

Apparently I saw a translated page, because now I’m seeing it in Dutch! I tried to translate the comment above me, but wasn’t sure what he was trying to say. From what I gathered, he/she said that whether we were pressured or not, we paid €50, so should expect at least that (good customer service?), but what can we do? My answer is that we can get the word out, as I’ve been trying to do for several months, now, and put EA’s tech support team on blast. Up until now, it’s been falling on deaf ears.

druk of niet je betaald toch iets van €50,- voor de sims dan vindt ik dat je dan minmaal mag verwachten dat als in orde is.
maar ja wat kan je er aan doen.
